Our programmes

Support by any means necessary

Soul Kitchen runs three weekly hot meal services across Harrow, alongside emergency food, essential items and community support for anyone who needs it.

How we help

Our programmes and services

Community work

We work with local councils and communities, offering support to the vulnerable by supplying essential items and food packs, handed out directly to the homeless and vulnerable families. We also partner with local schools to support families with free lunch packs — stepping in where conventional support systems can’t.

Emergency food

We can provide food vouchers, hot meals or food parcels that last approximately 3–5 days. Alternatively, we can signpost you to food banks who can provide support. If you or someone you know needs help, please get in touch.

Emergency essential items

If you need essential items such as winter clothing, hygiene packs or other support, please get in touch. We partner with local councils and other charities to provide items that normally get left out of conventional care packs.

Our impact in 2025

Through the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our supporters, Soul Kitchen stood alongside the Harrow community throughout 2025:

  • 12,500+ families supported through the year
  • 34,000+ freshly cooked hot meals served across our three Harrow locations
  • 9,000+ portions of fresh bread, fruit & vegetables
  • ~10 tonnes of tinned food, pasta, rice & cooking oil delivered to families

Every meal shared offered not just food, but dignity, warmth, and hope. Read more about who we are and how we’re run, or get in touch if you or someone you know needs support.
