What we collect

Contact form

If you use the form on our Contact page, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. This information is sent directly to our team by email so we can reply to you. We do not store form submissions in a separate database on this website, and we do not use them for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry.

Email and phone

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we hold the details you give us only for as long as needed to respond and provide support.

Fonts

This site loads the Nunito Sans typeface from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google’s servers means your browser makes a request to Google, which may see your IP address and browser information as part of that request. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

Cookies

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Donations

Donations are processed by GoFundMe, an external payment platform, not by Soul Kitchen directly. Any payment or card details you provide when donating are handled by GoFundMe under its own privacy policy — we do not see or store your payment details.
